எல்காட் மற்றும் TNeGA ஆகியவை அரசாங்கத் துறைகளுக்குத் தங்கள் சேவைகளை மேம்படுத்தவும், வெளிப்படைத்தன்மையை வழங்கவும், செயலாக்க நேரத்தில் குறிப்பிடத்தக்க குறைப்புகளை ஏற்படுத்தவும் அரசுத் துறைகளுக்கு இறுதி முதல் இறுதி வரை தகவல் தொழில்நுட்பத் தீர்வு ஆதரவை வழங்குகிறது.
ELCOT மற்றும் TNeGA ஆகியவை அரசுத் துறைகளின் மென்பொருள் தேவைகளுக்குத் துறைத் தேவைகள், RFP ஆவணங்களைத் தயாரித்தல், டெண்டர்கள் மூலம் பயன்பாட்டு டெவலப்பர்களைத் தேர்வு செய்தல் ஆகியவற்றின் மூலம் அரசுத் துறைகளுக்கு செயலில் ஆதரவை வழங்கி வருகின்றன. கணினி தேவை ஆய்வு (SRS) மற்றும் பயனர் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளும் சோதனை மற்றும் மென்பொருளை வெற்றிகரமாக செயல்படுத்துவதில் துறை மற்றும் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்ட டெவலப்பருடன் ELCOT ஒருங்கிணைக்கிறது. ELCOT வசதி மேலாண்மை சேவைகளையும் (FMS) வழங்குகிறது.
